How Winders will be helping our clients

If we currently prepare your payroll and wage calculations and you have already notified us that you have furloughed some or all of your employees then we will be preparing a claim on your behalf and will contact you as soon as possible with the relevant details – there is no need to contact us initially. You should also have received a letter from us with details of the process and a copy of the guide linked above.

If we look after your payroll and you have furloughed employees and haven’t advised us then please let us know ASAP so we can update our files and assist you with the claims. If you operate your own payroll but need assistance with this process please contact us on info@winders.co.uk and we will get back to you ASAP.

Please note that as this claim portal is new, no one is sure how it will cope with the anticipated large volume of people across the country trying to claim initially – additionally as we have several hundred clients where we operate the payroll and a significant number of them will require a claim our staff will be extremely busy so we would ask that you don’t contact us about this scheme to ask for updates, we can assure you we will be processing all claims as quick as we can but we do anticipate that to work through them all will take several days for the initial claims. We will of course keep you updated where possible and thank you in advance for your co-operation and understanding at this time.
